Terms of Use
Last updated September 25, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using Kids Brain Breaks. By using the site, creating an account, or buying the full pack, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as plain as we can.
Free activities for everyone
Some activities are free, with no account needed.
One payment, lifetime access
The full pack is a one-time purchase that includes every activity we add later. No subscription.
An adult leads every break
Activities are meant to be run by a teacher or another adult who makes sure everyone can move safely.
14-day refunds
Not happy with the full pack? Email us within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.
1. The service
Kids Brain Breaks (“we”, “us”) runs kidsbrainbreaks.com, a collection of short, interactive brain-break activities for classrooms and groups. Some activities are free to everyone. The rest are part of the full pack, which you unlock with a one-time purchase.
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
- You need an account to buy and use the full pack. You must be an adult (18 or over, or the age of majority where you live) to create one.
- Use an email address you own, and keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Children don’t need accounts and shouldn’t create them. They take part through the screen you’re showing.
- Tell us straight away at support@kidsbrainbreaks.com if you think someone else is using your account.
3. The full pack
- Price. The full pack costs a one-time $25 (US dollars). The checkout page may show the price in your local currency, and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies.
- Who you buy from. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it sells the full pack to you on our behalf, collects tax, and issues your receipt. Dodo’s own terms also apply to the payment.
- What you get. Access to every activity on Kids Brain Breaks, including activities we add in the future, for as long as we run the service. It isn’t a subscription and doesn’t renew.
- Where you use it. Sign in on any device or classroom screen you use to lead activities.
4. Refunds
If the full pack isn’t right for you, email support@kidsbrainbreaks.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout, and we’ll give you a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. After a refund, your account returns to the free activities.
This doesn’t limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
5. What you may do with it
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Kids Brain Breaks with the classes and groups you teach or lead. Please don’t:
- share your login publicly, or let other teachers use your full pack through your account;
- copy, download, resell or redistribute the activities, artwork, sounds or code;
- try to unlock the full pack without paying, or interfere with how the site works;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
Showing the activities on your classroom screen, including in lessons you record or stream for your own students, is fine.
6. Safety and supervision
Many activities ask children to move, stand, stretch, clap or make noise. An adult should lead every activity and decide what is suitable for the group. Make sure there is enough space, remove anything children could trip over, and let anyone sit out or take part in their own way. Adapt or skip movements for children with injuries, health conditions or different needs.
The microphone is optional. If you turn it on, it only measures how loud the room is; see our Privacy Policy.
7. Our content
The activities, artwork, sounds, text, design and code on Kids Brain Breaks belong to us or the people we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying the full pack gives you the right to use them as described in these terms, not ownership of them.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the site without owing you anything for them.
8. Changes to the service
We keep improving Kids Brain Breaks, so activities may be added, updated or retired over time, and we may change which activities are free. The full pack always includes every activity that is available on the site. If we ever close the service, we’ll give reasonable notice on the site and by email to account holders.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@kidsbrainbreaks.com. Deleting your account removes access to the full pack.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example by sharing a login publicly or getting around the payment. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep Kids Brain Breaks running smoothly, but we provide it “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or work on every device, browser or classroom screen.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the full pack in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also put a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
